Terms of use

Lotto49s publishes lottery results as information. It is not an official source, it sells nothing, and a result shown here is not proof that you have won.

Everything on the site is published for reference. We take care to be accurate and describe our method publicly, but we do not guarantee that every number, amount, date or draw number is correct and complete.

Before you claim a prize, compare with the operator's official results. They are the reference. If they differ from this site, this site is wrong.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from relying on what is published here, including prizes not claimed in time.

Lotto49s is independent: it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Lottery, its operator, 49's Ltd, or any bookmaker or retailer.

The names and trade marks of the operators belong to their owners and appear only to identify the draw a page describes.

No tickets are sold and no money is taken from readers on this site. National Lottery tickets are sold only through the operator's authorised channels.

How to spot a lottery scam

Responsible gambling

Lottery results are public information; you may quote them, link to them or read them through the free API within the published limits. Credit Lotto49s as the source and link to the page so your readers know where the numbers came from.
