About Lotto49s
Lotto49s publishes the results of the UK 49's (Brunchtime, Lunchtime, Drivetime and Teatime) and the South African National Lottery (Daily Lotto, Lotto, Lotto Plus 1, Lotto 5 Max, PowerBall and PowerBall XTRA), ball by ball and as soon as they are drawn, with times in South African time. The past results of Daily Lotto Plus, withdrawn after its last draw on 31 May 2026, stay in the archive.
We made this site because checking a ticket is still slower and more confusing than it should be: many results pages are crowded with ads and betting promotions, the numbers come as images that are hard to read on a phone, and hardly any let you type in your numbers and see at once whether they won.
Who runs this site
A small, independent team. We are not a government body, we are not part of any lottery operator, bookmaker or retailer, and we do not hold the draws or know any result in advance.
The names of the operators and their games belong to their owners; we use them only to say which draw each result belongs to.
How results get here
The UK 49's results are read from 49's Ltd's official results service as soon as each draw ends; the National Lottery results are read from independent South African results publishers.
A result counts as confirmed when two independent sources read the same numbers, or when it comes from the operator's own official results. If the sources disagree, nothing is published until we know which is right.
If a published result changes, the change is recorded with the date and the reason. We never correct a number silently.
What we never do
- No predictions, "hot tips" or "lucky numbers to play". Every draw is random and independent of the last one.
- We do not sell tickets, take bets or pay out prizes, we take no money from readers in any form, and we do not link to sites that sell tickets or take bets online.
- No betting promotions or gambling advertising. Nothing on this site is there to get you to bet.
- We never claim to be the official site. Only the operator of each game publishes the official result.
